Customer Representations and Warranties

By purchasing any product from Badlands BioTech, LLC, the customer represents and warrants that:

  3. The customer will not use, administer, inject, ingest, inhale, consume, apply, implant, transfer, resell, or otherwise introduce any product into or onto any human or animal.

  5. The customer has the knowledge, training, facilities, equipment, and legal authority necessary to safely handle research materials.

  7. The customer will not make any claim that any product is safe or effective for human or animal use.
  8. The customer assumes all risks associated with the purchase, possession, storage, handling, and use of the products.

Order Refusal and Cancellation

Badlands BioTech, LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order if Badlands BioTech, LLC believes, in its sole discretion, that the customer intends to use the product for any prohibited purpose or that the order may violate any applicable law or regulation.

Any misuse of products purchased from Badlands BioTech, LLC is strictly prohibited. The customer agrees that any use inconsistent with this disclaimer is unauthorized, unforeseeable, and contrary to the express terms of sale.
